This is an older project that I re-added to the site for any one who is interested. The really interesting thing about this was the lack of RTC. As I remember it used a general timer and would auto correct for variances by adding or subtracting time from the next run. As I remember the temperature did play a role in how stable it was. If I can find the original source code I will post it.
